Health Canada has issued a recall notice for an Aladdin plush doll this week.
According to the health authority, the plush doll poses a choking hazard because the genie’s nose and earring can detach.
The affected products were sold from April 2019 to October 4, 2019. Approximately 7,800 units of the affected product were sold in Canada.
Health Canada says consumers who have the product in their home should take the toy away from children and dispose of it.
As of October 4, the Canadian subsidiary of the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries.
