1. Rotating Canada Post strikes begin in some cities
Today, Canada Post employees in four cities began rotating strikes. The strikes in Victoria, Edmonton, Windsor and Halifax will last for 24 hours with each location striking daily. For the rest of the country, there won’t be much of a change to mail service unless more cities are added to the rotating strike list.

3. NBA hands down suspensions after weekend brawl
The NBA looked a little more like hockey on Saturday night, as a brawl broke out on court between the Houston Rockets and Los Angeles Lakers. At the centre of the fight was Rajon Rondo and Chris Paul, who were suspended three and two games respectively. Brandon Ingram was also suspended for his role in the debacle and will sit for the next four games.

4. Ryanair condemned for handling of racist abuse on flight
A budget European airline is getting a lot of negative feedback for how it handled an incident over the weekend. A man on the flight didn’t want to sit next to an elderly woman because she was black, making racist comments towards her as well. Instead of kicking the man off the flight, Ryanair fulfilled his wishes and moved the woman to another seat.

5. Swedish House Mafia is making a comeback, fans think...
One of the most popular EDM groups in recent years is making a comeback. Swedish House Mafia announced a comeback through a livestream video this morning, but most fans had trouble understanding it because it was done entirely in Sweden. However, thanks to some handy translators, we now know that the group will be playing their first show in a long time on May 4 in Stockholm.
