Local food truck offered 'pay as you please' meals at the start of the pandemic

In this episode of Business Matters, presented by Valley First, a division of First West Credit Union, host Rob Cupello is joined by Courtney Koga, owner of CrAsian Food Truck, BoxCar by CrAsian (at BNA) and Provisions Kitchen & Catering (at Kettle River Brewing).

There were few industries hit harder by the pandemic than the food industry, but Courtney and her team were adamant about doing what they could to support the community, even as they were dealing with anxiety and uncertainty themselves.

Watch the full episode to learn more about how Courtney’s businesses helped people through hard times, and how they adapted to an uncertain landscape to make sure the community could still enjoy delicious North American street food with Asian flavours throughout the pandemic.
