UPDATE: BCCDC adds 5 more flights to list of possible COVID-19 exposures

(UPDATE: Sept. 16 @ 5:30 am): The BCCDC has added five more flights to its list of potential COVID-19 exposures.

They are:

• Sept. 3: Air Canada 116, Vancouver to Toronto
• Sept. 6: Air Transat 771, Vancouver to Montreal
• Sept. 6: United Airlines 5351, San Francisco to Vancouver
• Sept. 8: Air Canada 116, Vancouver to Toronto
• Sept. 13: Air Canada 112, Vancouver to Toronto

The authority also issued a flight number correction for the following flight:

• Sept. 1: Lufthansa 492, Frankfurt to Vancouver

Passengers on the affected flights are urged to self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 for 14 days.

Anyone who has travelled outside of Canada is required to self-isolate and monitor for symptoms for 14 days, the BCCDC explained.

They are:

• Sept. 4: Air Canada 242, Vancouver to Edmonton
• Sept. 5: Air Transat 771, Vancouver to Montreal
• Sept. 8: Air Transat 932, Toronto to Vancouver

Passengers on the affected flights are urged to self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 for 14 days.

Anyone who has travelled outside of Canada is required to self-isolate and monitor for symptoms for 14 days, the BCCDC explained.

• September 6: Air Canada 305, Montreal to Vancouver
