British Columbia is reporting 1,052 new cases of COVID-19 over the weekend, bringing the total number of active cases in the province to 3,132.

In the last 72 hours, 10 new deaths have been reported bringing the provincial pandemic death toll to 2,303.
From the new deaths, four were reported in Northern Health, and two coming from Fraser Health, Island Health, and Vancouver Coastal Health.
A number of COVID-19 outbreaks have been declared over at health care facilities across the province, which leaves just 12 active outbreaks remaining.

Since December, the province has administered 8,551, 866 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine.
From the eligible people 12 and older in BC, 90.9% (4,213,371) have received their first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine and 87.3% (4,047,568) have received their second dose.
Of the eligible adults in BC, 91.3% (3,949,189) have received their first dose and 87.9% (3,800,763) have received their second dose.
