Beyond Meat breakfast sandwiches now available at Tim Hortons across the country

Another fast-food chain has jumped on the Beyond Meat train.

After a brief test period, Beyond Meat breakfast sandwiches are now available at Tim Hortons locations across Canada.

Customers can choose from a Beyond Meat breakfast sandwich, a Beyond Meat farmers breakfast wrap or a Breakfast Meat vegan sandwich.

All three feature the latest addition to the Beyond Meat roster, the breakfast sausage patty.

"We're excited to introduce the Beyond Breakfast Sausage patty at Tim Hortons as a protein-packed breakfast solution," said Ethan Brown, founder and CEO of Beyond Meat.

"For busy Canadians on the go, our Beyond Breakfast Sausage not only tastes great, but comes with the added environmental benefits of plant-based protein."

The plant-based Beyond Meat sausage patties have been created to taste like Tim Hortons' regular sausage patties.

Prices will vary by region.
