Just over 15 months after ground was broken, Tesla Motors is set to open their doors this upcoming Thursday, July 27.
The brand new Sales, Service & Delivery Centre will help serve current Tesla drivers on Vancouver Island as well as offer chances for potential buyers to check out their variety of Electric vehicles.
Located at 2361 Gate City Blvd, the monstrous 35,000 square foot facility cost more than $40 million to build since they broke ground in March of 2022 according to the city of Langford.
During the construction of the new facility in Langford, Tesla opened up a temporary location at Ina Motors' used car dealership on Douglas Street at Queens Avenue which helped serve as an interim setup for the company.
The new dealership will also help current Tesla drivers from the Island if they end up needing major repair on their vehicles. Prior to the construction of the new facility in Langford, they would have to take the ferry over to Vancouver in order to to get their vehicle fixed.
Of course there are other things other than it's electric ride and modern look that grab the attention of potential buyers.
