The Kamloops Girl Guides are on the lookout for an alleged thief who stole multiple crests from a mailbox in Brock.
According to a Facebook post from Darlene Clark, the theft occurred on Wednesday between 7:15 a.m. and 4 p.m. at a residence on Schreiner Street.
"someone came into my yard, opened the gate where my large dog is known to leap at when randomly left outside, and stole an envelope from my mailbox," wrote Clark.
The alleged thief left items from a 24-hour bidding and only took the envelope filled with girl guide crests.
"If you see Girl Guide crests being sold in large bunches, please let me know. These were 2018 crests commemorating cookie all-stars. I need to find them. I have 20 eight-year-old girls waiting for them..."
Clark went on to say that a police file has been open and Kamloops RCMP is investigating.
