Another 13 flights added to BC's coronavirus exposure list

The British Columbia Centre for Disease Control (BCCDC) has added another 13 flights to its list of potential coronavirus exposures.

They are:

  • Jan. 2: Swoop107, Hamilton to Abbotsford
  • Jan. 5: Air Canada 201, Calgary to Vancouver
  • Jan. 5: Air Canada 218, Vancouver to Calgary
  • Jan. 5: Air Canada 234, Vancouver to Edmonton
  • Jan. 5, Air Canada 241, Edmonton to Vancouver
  • Jan. 5: WestJet 3170, Kelowna to Calgary
  • Jan. 6: Air Canada 551, Los Angeles to Vancouver
  • Jan. 7: Air Canada 244, Vancouver to Edmonton
  • Jan. 7: Lufthansa 492, Frankfurt to Vancouver
  • Jan. 10: Air Canada 123, Toronto Vancouver
  • Jan. 10: Pacific Coastal Airlines 344, Bella Coola to Vancouver
  • Jan. 10: WestJet122, Vancouver to Calgary
  • Jan. 11: Air Canada 311, Montreal to Vancouver

Passengers on the affected flights are urged to self-monitor for symptoms of COVID-19 for 14 days.

Anyone who has travelled outside of Canada is required to self-isolate and monitor for symptoms for 14 days, the BCCDC explained.
