"We are asking anyone who is in the community of Squamish, not just the Highlands, to take a look into your backyard, garages, sheds, treehouses, playgrounds, wooded areas, shorelines, and any other area Richie could have gone,” said Sgt. Sascha Banks.

"We want to make sure we provide SAR the space to conduct their high level searches today and we will be requesting assistance from the public (Friday).”

The public search will kick off at 10 am today at the Quest University soccer field.

Richie is described as 5’5”, 100 lbs with brown hair and brown eyes.

He went to bed on Tuesday wearing a long-sleeve red shirt with RVCA on the front and brown plaid pajama pants.
