Listed by Mark Lester at Colliers International Realty, the property is nestled off the Saanich Peninsula, just five minutes by boat from Port Sidney Marina or Canoe Cove Marina.

It is a small island, but has a potentially grandfathered beach house—which could definitely use a bit of fixing up.
