No amount of rain could dampen spirits at this past weekend Phillips Glitterbomber Festival.
The festival was well attended, and despite some inclimate weather, very well enjoyed.
The sun was out on Saturday afternoon, and festival-goers brought the party.
Bridal Party and Pastel Blank took to the stage first, followed by Begonia, The Zolas and Future Islands.
The weather took a turn on the second day of the backyard weekender, but that didnt stop the crowd from dancing and having a good time.
The second day was kicked off by Young Negrense, Murege’s Golden Era Of Hip Hop, Astrocolor, Durand Jones and the Indications, and Bryce Vine.
The next weekend event will take place July 9 and 10, with Current Swell, Halfmoon Run, The Beach, Snotty Nose Rez Kids and others performing.
Finally, on August 13 and 14, the series will be wrapped up with acts such as St. Paul and the Broken Bones, Sampa the Great, Charlotte Day Wilson, Andy Shauff and Zella Day.
