VIDEO: Victoria firefighters rescue dog from roof of family home

It may not have been a cat in a tree, but it was close.

Victoria firefighters were tasked with rescuing a dog from a roof recently.

The department posted a video of the rescue this week, and you can see just how happy the dog is to see the firefighters.

Firefighters said the pup was “grateful” to be back on the ground. Animal control also assisted with the call.
