VicPD looking for suspect in downtown assault last month

The VicPD is trying to identify a man who was allegedly involved in an assault in downtown Victoria.

On April 20 at about 9:30 am, a suspect assaulted a person shortly after they exited a BC Transit bus in the 1300-block of Douglas Street.

The suspect is described as 55 to 65-years-old, 6’2’’ with a large build, grey beard and carrying a cane.
