Fresh of a Family Day win over the Tri-City Americans, the Kamloops Blazers decided to announce the schedule for their 2019 Hockey School.
The school will run from August 12th to 16th at McArthur Island Sports Centre and will accept both boys and girls.
Hockey players going into Initiation (2013-2015), Novice (2011-2012), Atom (2009-2010), and Pee Wee (2007) will all be eligible to sign up.
Each participant will receive instruction from Kamloops Blazers coaches as well as the team's power skating instructor Nina Hrycewich. The school will feature two ice sessions per day which include power skating and skill sessions.
Also featured will be two hours of off-ice instruction from Blazers' staff members that include training techniques, games, nutrition, respect and the importance of sportsmanship. Each group will be led by a current, former or future player of the Blazers.
