There are so many great breweries pumping out exciting beers in British Columbia, but it’s not always easy to track them down if you live in another part of the province.
That’s why sometimes for this column I just like to check out what’s newly in stock at BC Liquor Stores and feature beers that you know exactly where to find.
And that’s the case this week with a pair of beers that are both in stock at over 60 BC Liquor Stores around the province for the summer, and surely at many private stores as well.
It’s the Rosefinch Raspberry Sour from Bomber Brewing and the Nimbus Hazy Pale Ale from Bridge Brewing, offering a bit of variety whether you’re in the mood for something fruity or hoppy.

Bomber’s Rosefinch is an award-winning beer after claiming a silver medal in the fruited sour category at the 2024 Canada Beer Cup.
It’s bold, bright and refreshing, made with fresh raspberries that offer a harmonious blend of sweet and tart flavours.
Bridge’s Nimbus is all you’d ever want in a hazy and I’m not just talking about its taste.
Before you even sip it, you’ll be able to appreciate its light and cloudy pour, before finally enjoying the smooth, full-bodied and juicy taste profile.
Both of these beers come in at 4.5% ABV (alcohol by volume) and can be purchased at BC Liquor Stores in four packs of tall cans for well under $20.
